Why we exist
Procurement still runs on phone tag.
Setting up or restocking a restaurant in the UAE means a dozen WhatsApp threads, price lists in every format, and quotes that name a case where you asked for a kilo. Making them comparable is a week of work nobody has, so most kitchens stop at the second phone call and pay whatever that supplier said.
Vendoor turns all of it into one structured request. Tell us what you need, or upload the menu, the spreadsheet or the fit-out scope you already have. We send it to verified suppliers, collect their replies wherever they choose to answer, and lay every price side by side, worked back to your own unit.
Then you pick the best supplier per line item, not per catalogue. One supplier can win the seafood and another the packaging, and you order direct.
What we believe
Three rules we run on.
Invisible to suppliers
The best suppliers are busy ones. They never sign up, never learn a portal, never lose a password. A request reaches them on WhatsApp or by email, and they answer in their own words. Turning that answer into a structured quote is our job, not theirs. Only buyers get software.
A human signs off
AI drafts; a person approves. Every quote is read before it reaches your comparison, so a parsing mistake never becomes your purchase order.
Comparable, or clearly not
A case of 6 and a case of 24 are worked back to your unit before anything is ranked. A lump sum is never multiplied by your quantity. And when a price cannot be reconciled, the cell says so. We would rather show you a gap than a guess.
